Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent under Indian laws to enter into binding contracts to access or use the Platform.

By using the Platform, You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete, You will maintain the confidentiality of Your account credentials, and Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law.

About Dressik

Dressik is an online marketplace that facilitates the listing and sale of goods by independent third-party sellers ("Vendors") to Users. The Platform enables Users to browse, purchase, and receive products sold by such Vendors.

Dressik is not a manufacturer, distributor, or seller of products. Dressik is merely an intermediary as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

All warranties, guarantees, after-sales services, statutory compliances, and product liabilities rest solely with the Vendor.

Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Platform, You must create an account using a valid email address, phone number, and any other details as required.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activities that occur under Your account.

Purchases and Payments

• •You may place an order for products listed by Vendors. Such an order constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to Vendor acceptance.
• •All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• •Payment must be made at the time of placing the order, via approved payment gateways.
• •Once an order is placed and confirmed, a binding contract is formed between You and the Vendor.

Order Fulfillment and Delivery

• •All orders are fulfilled directly by the Vendors. Dressik does not hold inventory or deliver products.
• •Delivery timelines indicated on the Platform are estimates provided by the Vendors.
• •Risk of loss or damage to goods shall pass to You upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Reward Program

Dressik offers a Reward Program where eligible purchases may earn Users rewards based on automatic grouping ("clubbing") of orders. This process is entirely algorithm-driven and may result in reward credit of up to 1% of the total value of the clubbed purchases.

Rewards will be credited as wallet credits and can be used only for future purchases. Rewards are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and subject to expiry.

Any order that is returned, cancelled, or refunded will not be eligible to receive any rewards.

User Conduct

You agree that You shall not:

• •Post, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful
• •Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property
• •Interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the Platform or servers
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, user accounts, or data
• •Misuse the Reward Program or Referral System through artificial transactions or multiple accounts

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, images, videos, text, software, and code, is the intellectual property of Dressik or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content, features, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dressik makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, fitness, or merchantability of the products sold by Vendors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dressik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

In all cases, Dressik's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by You for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and Termination

Dressik reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate Your account without notice if You breach any provisions of this Agreement, are involved in fraudulent activity, or as required by law enforcement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patiala, Punjab, India.
